The process started from 9:00 am onwards.. I was the LAST person in panel-3.. 

Written Assessment Test:
Topic: "All politicians in our country are honest and work for the benefit of our country.. At the same taking them for granted will be harmful for our country.." (Don't remember the exact words)

30 minutes is ample time to write an essay.. We are given a 6-7 page booklet.. I wrote a decent, well structured essay of about 5 pages..!!

Document Verification: 
Since, I was the last person in my panel-3, had to wait till 12:30 before my document verification was done.. Each & every claim that you want to produce.. extra-curriculars have to be supported by a photocopy of the same.. Then the whole bundle of photocopy is stamped upon.
So, It takes around 15 mins. for a single person to get verified.

Personal Interview:There were 2 panelists, P1 & P2(both males).

It was kind of a stress interview.. Both the panelists were grilling the candidates.. Some of the questions were.. 

1. Tell us about yourself
2. Diff. between Electronics & Electricals
3. Questions about the Earthing system of a house
4. Questions about the C.M., Constituency, MLA's from ur hometown
5. Famous personalities from your hometown
6. Any cabinet ministers from your state
7. Cabinet ministers of various departments

They are especially asking about the cabinet ministers to one & all.. So, prepare sincerely about it.. 

Let's see what happens.. was optimistic initially.. But, after seeing the 10:1 convert ratio, I'm a bit sceptical about it now..
